Suggest Treatment For Severe Dizziness While On Methocarbamol

the medication or muscle relaxer I m taking is not working because it s still hurting and it does nt make me dizzy or medicine head at all. It s only 500mg so it s probably not strong enough. I have what feels like a pinched nerve because my hand is and fingers are numb and tingly. The doctor say it s a muscle spasm so He prescribed Methocarbamol 500mg.
