Hi, If I were your treating Doctor for this case of fever with diarrohea, and patient coming to my clinic with the above symptoms, i would straight away diagnose it as a case of Dysentry and would start emperically on antibiotics which is mandatory, though it may present with blood or not. ill put patient on oflox-OZ twice a day for five days along with sporilac and antacids. patients need to take ORS packet one packet per day nedd to mix it in one litre of water. I prefer to monitor this patient as this is very important.

based on the blood pressure levels if it is low i would say it as emergency but if it is maintaining norm al levels or near normal upto 110/70mmhg is ok. if it is below then you need to consult your local physician

Understanding your concern. As per your query your husband have symptoms of severe fever with diarrhea which seems to be due to electrolyte imbalance in body. It could be due to acute gastroenteritis and food poisoning. Poor immunity of body is increasing susceptibility of getting infected. Need not to worry. You should start treatment with combination of fluoroquinolones and ornidazole. You should get intravenous fluid administration as well. Visit gastroenterologist once and get it examined and start treatment after prescription. You should avoid taking dairy products in excess. Avoid hot, sharp and spicy food. You should avoid intake of outside food. You can take banana on daily basis and light food.
