Suggest Treatment For Severe Foot Injury

Sever foot injury. Arrival at urgent care. The attending physician placed me in a temporary fiberglass cast and instructed me to seek a orthopedic specialist for a follow up. Based on the x-rays attached any idea of the current prognosis? Is this something that I can just recast as time progresses?
