Suggest Treatment For Severe Gastritis

Age - 35, female, weight - 67 kgs, I am having difficulty in passing gas, stool is normal. I am able to pass gas if I eat some fruits like muskmelon, papaya. I am eating healthy fibrous foods. I visited the doctor , she gave me metrogyl , pan DSR zintel. But after 1 or 2 days i did not feel much releif. I want to understand why the gas is stuck?

You should avoid taking more gas forming foods. medications like gasex might help you.

as your doctor prescribed you with above medications, please take them as prescribed so that you can see if this makes any difference.

some times dyspepsia related to H pylori infection is treated with triple antibiotics and proton pump inhibitors ( like omeprazole).
