Hi, from past2-3 weeks i have moving gas in my body , it is very painful , i cannot walk ... i have headache i feel like gas is miving to my head,i back , lower abdomen and lungs..i have pain since 2-3 weeks. while passing urine i have pain somewhere in side...which is gas stuck .

Hello Sir.. The advice I m going to you will help you relieve your problems
But you should also manage same time for
UGI endoscopy and urea breath test to rule out peptic ulcer disease and h pylori bacteria infection

At preset please take..
1. Tablet rabeprazole 20mg OD
2. Tablet domperidone 10mg. Thrice daily
3. Syp cremaffin 2 tea spoon before sleep if you having constipation or hard stools
