Hi dear user
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

Anger is a natural and mostly automatic response to pain of one form or another (physical or emotional). Anger can occur when people don't feel well, feel rejected, feel threatened, or experience some loss.
Generaly this is associated with self-injury and typically as a manifestation of a psychological or psychiatric disorder.

My advice is to consult a psychologist or a psychiatrist for the right diagnose and treatement.
At the other side i suggest to do a CT of the head to see if there are problems produced from the recurrent trauma.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Thank you for using HCM.
Wish you good health.
