Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache After A Head Injury

My son was in a car accident approximately three years ago he has never had a follow-up from his head injury where he was unconscious and in surgery for 7 1/2 hours to piece his front skull back together. He complains about headaches often and has no control over his impulses to do things how and where do I take him to have him assessed to see if he has any problems stemming from this head injury ? He has been back to his regular physician complaining about headaches several times other than a CAT scan nothing else has ever been done . Any advice would be helpful thank you

Other methods are adoption of healthy life style habits like proper, food ,sleep and avoidance of smoking and alcohol and relaxation methods like yoga.
Mostly headache respond to these methods .
