Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache , Vomiting , Stomach Upset And Nausea

Hi this morning I woke up with a blistering headache, black stool, upset stomach, feeling nausea, and just threw up. What s wrong with me. All I managed to eat this morning is Cereal and almond milk. After 3 hours I threw it up. I can t eat anything else.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe headache , vomiting , stomach upset and nausea which seems to be due to viral infection leading to acute gastroenteritis and your symptoms could be secondary to stomach infection. It seems to be due to electrolyte imbalance in body. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit gastroenterologist once and get it examined if symptoms keeps on persisting. You should avoid intake of outside food. You should lessen use of milk and milk products. You should take tab norflox tz twice daily with tab lomotil twice daily for 3 days. Avoid stress. Drink lots of water to maintain adequate hydration. Avoid fast foods, carbonated drinks & gas producing food products like cabbage, etc. You should take soft, plain, non-spicy foods.
