I don t know what s wrong with me if i lay down my chest starts to burn like a heart burn idk if that s what it is or not but if I don t sit up fast then it makes my mouth water and then ill puke and if i take a drink of water then it feels like it cools down for a minute but only for a few minutes what do I do
Dear: Thanks for using our service, I reviewed your question in detail and will give you my medical advise. You might be suffering from heartburn. Acid reflux can cause chest pain due to the irritation of the esophagus, which has very delicate wall linings . The chronic acid reflux can produce nausea and vomit, also your mouth can feel watery. When you drink cold it has a temporary relieve but goes back to normal. I will suggest to start anti-acid as Ranitidine which is over the counter, avoid spicy food and going to bed after eat. You should sleep with head elevated to avoid more acid reflux. I hope this will be helpful. Dr.Sara
