Suggest Treatment For Severe Infection On The Penis Caused After Anal Sex

Hello Doctor, I have severe infection on my penis foreskin. This slowly started happening after I had unprotected Anal Sex with my gf. We tried this for the first time. Is this due to bacterial infection? I have tried antibiotics, antifungal tablets or cream! Nothing solves the problem, now I m in a condition where I m unable to pull the foreskin down. It s extremely painful and I m shy enough to visit a doctor. Not sure which doctor to show? I m based in Bangalore. One thing I observed is if I use coconut oil it will reduce the pain and clears it for sometime, however it comes back later. Please guide me what needs to be done here.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you should get tested for STD. Taking count that it isn't getting better with antibiotics and anti-fungals doing STD is necessary. You can visit an urologist or andrologist.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
