Suggest Treatment For Severe Itching In Penis After Inserting Catheter

I recently had bladder surgery which was done through my urethra, I had a catheter inserted at 4 different times due to minor complications and have been on antibiotics for 3 weeks. I now have a severe itch in my penis. Is this common and what can I take to help this?

Rule out uti by. Pathology investigation. Urine culture sensitivity test .Then give treatment according to infection .
Other simple treatment is bladder wash with solution ( 300 ml .sterilised water + 2 ampoule betnesol + gentamycin 80 - 160mg.injection. ) After inserting all solution im. bladder . Urination all solution by start & stop method by pressing external orifice of penis. InternEly solution clear infection.
Then insert 2% xylocaine jelly in penis by squeezing tube .
Orally proper treatment
Antibiotics- levofloxacin. 14 days
Or
Clavam 675mg 3 days or
Ampicillin. 10 days. Or

Monocef 200mg. Bd. For 5days
Plus antihistamines along with antibiotics.
Such as avil or levocetrizine 10mg or cetrizine
