Suggest Treatment For Severe Itching Sensation On The Hands And Feet

I have a chronic skin condition on the palms of my hands and now the bottom of my feet. they itch sometimes and then my skin turns whitish and then I get small rasps here and there... I have been to a dermatologist and he said use oils but it doesn t go away...sometimes these rasps can be a pretty painful crack,

Hi.
As per your case history you are having palmoplantar keratoderma.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply an emollient cream like Enmoist cream twice daily and topical clobetasaol cream twice daily.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral vitamin A, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
