I have been working for the last 10 days and my work has involved me standing from 9 until 6, my heels are really aching during working hours making me very uncomfortable and even when home and resting they still throb with pain, they have now become very itchy, is there any quick relief of this and anything I can do at work to reduce the tenderness?
