My whole let leg is the one in pain.. what could I have done?
Hi Welcome to healhcaremagic After going through your query I concluded that you are having pain in your whole leg after doing splits. I think it is due to tendinitis due to pulling of any of adductor tendons. It can also be sciatica due to traction of sciatic nerve. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Mecobalamin is helpful. Rest for few weeks is essential. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us.
