Suggest Treatment For Severe Leg Pain

So yesterday I did the splits with out stretching. The first time I ever did splits Ever. As I hit the grounds I heard about 2 pops. After that I experienced really bad pain radiating throughout my leg. And now I still can t get up without struggling can t sit down right. My whole let leg is the one in pain.. what could I have done?

After going through your query I concluded that you are having pain in your whole leg after doing splits. I think it is due to tendinitis due to pulling of any of adductor tendons. It can also be sciatica due to traction of sciatic nerve. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Mecobalamin is helpful. Rest for few weeks is essential.
