Suggest Treatment For Severe Leg Pain

Today I felt sudden severe pain in the back of my leg,it felt as if I was hit with a heavy object,I can not put my foot on the floor and feel excruciating pain when I try to lift my toes the back of my leg is too painful to touch and feel like the worst cramp pain ten fold any ideas?

You may try hot fomentation and take advil tabs for 2-3 days after meals.it should settle. dont do much movement., otherwise consult a doctor
