Suggest Treatment For Severe Loose Motion

Sir I have loose motion since last few days.its not watery stool but consistency is not normal and its occur 4to 5 times in a day.most of the time I feel its not complete defecation.its followed by spasm.it contains mucus most of the times.and dark colour stool.

Dear- it looks like an irritable bowel syndrome colitis. However, it is important to have colonoscopy to check the intestinal walls and make sure that isnot a chronic colitis as Ulcerative or Crohn.
