Hello,

You are suffering from severe backache. Soreness in the hips and numbness down the leg. You are suggested to take Combiflam, one stat when pain after food or any other NSAIDS to get relieve from pain and soreness. You can take NervUp OD, once daily for 10 days to help your nerves get better. Pain radiating to the legs and numbness may be indicative of neuropathy, sciatica or any other nerve disorder.

You should take food rich on vitamin B6, B12, folic acid, zinc and other minerals. You can also take supplements. Get clinically examined by a Neurologist, get Nerve conduction velocity tests and other required tests and investigations done. Take adequate water and fluids to avoid constipation. You can also take fiber in your diet. It will help move bowels easily. Taking papaya (ripe or raw) both are helpful.

You can take laxatives to avoid constipation. Avoid taking spicy oily junk food. Taking sitz bath can help you get relieve from pain after bowel movement. You can apply Anusol rectal cream on the area affected for relief. I suggest that you get clinically examined by a general physician, get an X-ray and a CT scan. MRI done to detect spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, slip disc or herniated disc that may cause severe backache. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected and the severity of the symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
