Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain

Hi. I have been having severe lower back pain to the point i couldnt walk. When i do walk, i walk cooked and my right shoulder pushes out over my pelvis. Now, the muscles along my spine on the left side, lower back, are hard as a rock. My physical therapist said she has never seen it before and i still have pain in my back and even when i stand up, my left hip is higher than my righr..she said the muscles are causing my spine to curve. The back pain started 8 days ago and finally got better 2 days ago..just enough to where i can walk.
