Suggest Treatment For Severe Neck Pain
for the past 21 days I am sufferening from extreme neck pain which goes down to my back and then travels upwards towards between the back of ear and center of head. Since past 15 days I get a cracking noise when I move my shoulder from left to right . I have got my x ray done which is fine. showed to the doctor who has advised me a soft collar and flexura D. the pain has reduced but not the cracking noise

Apart from Flexura D and cervical collar, also take physiotherapy sessions for at least 10 days. If not relieved, get your MRI scan done.
