Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain And Jerk In Elbow While Throwing Ball?
I am a cricket player. While throwing ball i get jerk in elbow, severe pain in my throwing arm followed by temporary numbness in the whole arm. After say half hour the pain vanishes. What shall I do?. Today I showed to a doctor who prescribed Nervmax and Altraday.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
It could be a minor muscular pain or contusion and will settle by itself.
