Hi I was jumping on a trampoline In extreme adventures and then I landed on my foot after jumping high I landed on a flat surface and I Jammed my foot and now it really hurts and I don t know what to do because I don t have health insurance and its not swollen but it hurts and I can t walk on it

-If I would be yoir treating doctor I would advise you to take tablet Dan p 1 tablet 2-3 times a day.
-mild massage with volini ointment
-I would advise you to go for x ray to rule out crack or fracture.
-above medicine is not given without prescription so consult to local Doctor.
