Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Hip Joint
hip hello so i have really bad pain in my right hip joint. both hips are in my sockets wied and it makes me walk with my feet pointing out but my right is driving me nut with pain yesterday i played softball and messed it up worse i can walk but it hurts and im wondering what could be wrong with it

As this pain must be related to the muscle spasms. Doing hot water fermentation will help reduce the pains. Also, simple Strengthening and stretching exercises will help further reduction in the pain and avoid the abnormalities happening due to it.
