Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Knees And Hips

the pain in my knees and hips and legs are the most severe pain. i was diagnosed with sarcoidosis and givin planquinal it worked beautifully for a year now things are so much worse. i cant get up cant walk up and down steps trip all over forget every thing i am also on 400 miligrams of lamictal daily and 20 of prozac and lamictal 24mg..... i feel worse than ever i feel crazy not remembering where i out something moments ago all the time trip n falll all the time. i think some of this is all adding to the pain. whats the proper painmanagement i need pain help BAD
