Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Shoulder

I injured my shoulder in Feb of 2013 and they said nothing was wrong with me just stress....I can still not do repetitive motion with my right shoulder and am right handed crocheting and needlepoint kill me know to do and i have a hard time staying employed because repetitive motion kills me to the point i cant use my arm....What can be wrong they said my rotor cuff was fine from the MRI any help plz tired of being in so much pain all the time.
