my nephew is bleeding from his rectum ( bright red blood) this been going on since late last year. And it seem to begetting worst, my sister to him to the doctor and they ran blood test; but the doctors are not telling my sister what is really wrong with her son. He live in Jamaica, so I ask him to draw picture of a man figure and point out where on the drawing he is feeling pain, he say pain in his back, pain in his sides, pain in ribs, and in his sternum. some days he does not have a bowel movement and when he do go it s just pure bright red blood.

It can be caused due to may reasons like polyp, hemorrhoids, fissure, some infection, inflammatory bowel disease or malignancy. So I will suggest you to visit a Gastroenterologist for evaluation and who will do colonoscopy to find the exact cause of bleed for appropriate management.
