Suggest Treatment For Severe Rectal Pain

I am gay male 24 year old. I have had some kind of skin breakout inside of my rectal. So my anus area is a little pain and not comfortable when I use toilet, Also if I use toilet tissue roughly it bleeds sometime, The skin fissure or skin breakout cannot be seen because its not visible. Every time I have sex it hurts me and and sometimes it bleed. About two months ago I got tested with Herpes and I took Acyclovir and it helped me. I don't have any more blisters a or break out outside or around my anal area other than the inside breakout.

Before my herpes caught I had the same inside break out( I guess, I felt the pain inside my anal after sex) but I used Vaseline or Eucerin cream for that and most of times it worked in a day or two. Now its been a long time I still not seeing any improve,I have taken so far: Fluconazole 150 MG ( 2 tablets) , Triamcinolone Acetonied 0.1% and some Antibiotic but none of them helping me to heal my anal inside break out. Also few months ago I used Hemorrhoidal HC Suppositores.

My questions are : Is there any better medicines available that I should take and can heal my problem that I mentioned above?

And what type of medicine should I be using and for how long ?


Note: sexually I am versatile so I am about 50 % bottom.
