Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Cramping
I have been having severe stomache cramping since Tuesday, along with blurred vision and fatigue. Very sleepy and today the cramps got worse. When i went to urinate about 5hrs ago there was bright red blood when i wiped, and i just had some more again

Looking at your symptoms it seems to be a case of UTI
Blood in urine with crampy abdominal pain is consistent with UTI
please get your urine test for microscopy and culture and sensitivity test to identify the pathogen
i would suggest you a course of antibiotics for definitive cure with antispasmodic and a pain killer like acetaminophen
tab pantoprazole to reduce stomach acid
have plenty of oral fluids
