Hello yes goodafternoon, hmm I have been having some problems.. Hm for two days my stomach has been hurting a lot and it hurts down there in my part well not in my part but above it and I have had a difficult time pooping and right now I poop and red blood came out.. But my period isn t due yet ?

Pain in abdomen and pain in down there with bleeding in spite there is no date of periods indicated that you might have some Gyne problem.
I would advise you in such a situation the following:
Ultrasound of the whole abdomen and pelvis.
Consult the gynecologist for evaluation and further treatment.
