Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain Despite Taking Tramadol

well doctor I have a stomack prob.and have took five difference test and they come up neg. and I take pills name tramadol hcl 50mg two taplets three time of the day but now they arnt helping very much I go to va. and they don t know where to go next .the pain is like some one cutting my stomack open with a dull knife and with out the pills the oain comes every two minuets and I need to know if you can give me some advice.thank you
