Suggest Treatment For Severe Toe Pain

I am experiencing periodic pain, about 2-3 times per day in the area of the bottom of the 3rd and 4th toes. It activates when I walk outside and it is cold or inside my home walking in my socks. It feels as if the pressure on the ball of my foot may activate the pain in the toes. Thanks for any help, Eric

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
You may be suffering from arthritis of toe joints. You need an x ray to confirm that. Morgan's neuralgia is another possibility but its associated with shooting pains.
