Suggest Treatment For Severe Vaginal Pain

I am having quite a lot of pain in my vagina; this started on Thursday as some irritation and itchiness but quickly turned into pain and swelling. I have home tested for both UTI and Yeast and while the yeast gave an acidity reading of 5.5 the medicine does seem to help. I can feel a large bulge or lump just inside the vagina. I am certain without any doubt that STD is not a possibility so I am worried about this.
