Suggest Treatment For Severe Vomiting And Abdominal Pain In A Child

HI, my daughter is 5 years old, had episode of stomach pain and vomiting since Friday. SHe was given homeopathic treatment initially, and the vomiting and stomach pain subsided. But form Sunday evening she was complaining about the stomach pain again. We took her to the pediatrician on Monday evening and he prescribed Anafortan syrup if there is pain, Zinconia syrup and Lactiviest and was asked to give Ondem syrup if she vomits. She was given all the three medicines except Ondem syrup. After that she vomited at 2.00 am and i gave her Emigo, since I didn t have Ondem. She has also developed fever of about 101.5 C and I gave her Meftal P. Is there any antibiotic that will be required to treat her. Will there be a serious problem with infection spreading as it has been about 3-4 days. I am worried. Please help.

* Needs definite clinical evaluation with Laboratory parameters of Complete
Blood Counts, ESR, S.Widal test along with Ultrasound of Abdomen & Pelvis
