i am 28 yr old, sir i am afraid from aids, june 2010 i was travel in train, in the whole night i was Slept but in the morning i thought that i was do the oral sex with anyone in station when train was stop. after that july 2010 i am back my home late night and slept. In slept position i was saw a dream thai i was do a oral sex on ugly looking women who was may be prostitute. after wake up i was afraid and my mind in controversial position that the incident of last night are dream or reality. above both sitiuation i am not confirm that it is dream or reality, after that i did hiv test through cobas e 411 machine after 7 month the test was negative, i was also perform anathor elisa test, Hsbag and vdrl all are negative but my mind not satisfied i am very dippressed i am afriad not go any way without any one pl solve my problem and gives answer needfull

Oh it seems you are suffering from some type of anxiety disorder. Likely possibility of obsessive compulsive disorder or specific anxiety disorder.You can get rid of this problem for sure. You need to consult psychiatrist for that and narrate your problem
There are two treatment options.
First one is medicines in which antidepressant drugs like SSRI and anti anxiety drugs will be helpful.
Second thing is cognitive behavior therapy or psychotherapy which can help you to get rid of the problem for ever.
Depending upon your choice and treating doctor both options can be used alone or simultaneously or one after another.
