Suggest Treatment For Sharp Anal Pain While Coughing

I have been experiencing moderate but bearable pain on one side of my anus. Whenever I sneeze, cough, or sit down with too much pressure in the area the pain is extremely irritable and feels like its throbbing afterwards. When using the restroom the pain stays moderate and bearable and I have yet to see any blood or anything out of the ordinary. This has been occuring for about 3 days now I would really like to know what this is and how I can treat it without worsening the pain. Anything information would be helpful, thanks in advance!

Dear-thanks for using our system. The most common reason for rectal pain ,specially when you are constipated , is internal hemorrhoids. It does not have to bleed but the pain can be severe. Other possibility is a fissure, polyp or colon cancer. It is important to avoid constipation, get a high fiber diet, stool softener and a lot of fluid. If still giving you pain, you need to have a colonoscopy to find the reason for this problem.
I hope my advise will be helpful
