Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In The Neck

My boyfriend has had a sharp pain from his neck all the way down to his waist and he says my insides hurt I asked him what kind of pain and he said it feels like someone is pushing on his insides. He s had this happen two times this week and he also says he feels like he is going to throw up when it occurs and has a migraine. He ate sugar last time and he said the pain went away and it is back today. Do you know what this could be?

Consult an orthopedician and get an MRI neck. Most probably it will be a spine-related problem.
