Suggest Treatment For Sharp Stabbing Pain In The Chest

I am experiencing sharp, stabbing, burning pain in my chest that radiates to my back. It is constantly there but comes stronger at times. Heart rate is 90. It has been like this for about an hour and a half now. Came on suddenly when I was sitting on my couch

Hello,

It seems like muscular-skeletal pain. However, depending on your age (40 and up), we should rule out possible cardiovascular event. So, to me should take an aspirin orally and go to ER to rule it out.
