Suggest Treatment For Sharp Upper Back Pain Around The Shoulder Blade Area
hi I have over the course of today had sharp upper back pain on the left side around my shoulder blade area. It is limiting me from taking a full breath and hurts when I am inactive (sitting standing, lying down) as well as when I am moving. What should I do?

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, you may be having muscle spasm of the back and need warm compressions and good muscle relaxants.
If symptoms still persist consult orthopedic surgeon after getting your Xrays of back and chest done.
