What Causes Upper Back Pain?

hi had got tuborclosis before 7 years ago had done my full treatment but since one year i am suffering from upper back pen i have consult to my doctor before few months ago and done ultra sound and blood test .result was ok doctor suggest me some medicine .but again iam suffering from back pen .please tell me the reason of it

it may be a mechanical back pain/ strain.
take anti inflammatory medication and back exercises, that should help
