dear friend
it seems you are having a stress fracture and will need rest for a few days
please visit a ortho and get yourself checked.

the stress fractures do not show up on X rays that easily till the time healing starts so a bone scan will be advisable to reach at a correct diagnosis.
the treatment for this is simple rest and analgesics.
