Suggest Treatment For Shingles, Itching And Blisters In Scalp And Sinus

I'm two years into the aftermath of the shingles in which I had in the face and head and I'm still experiencing severe pain without medications. The itching of the scalp is extreme at times and I'm forever scratching and notice this month that I now have sores that looked like the blisters when I had the shingle more like dried up scalps. And does the shingle of the head affect you sinus as well my sinus really have gotten worse since I've had the shingle. My doctor stated that my insurance co will not allow me a shingle vaccine until next year when i'm 65 years of age and I do not understand that since I've already had the shingle.

Hi, the best solution for you is to take a course of Acyclovir that is the medicine for Shingles or Herpes under supervision of your doctor, along with Acyclovir cream locally-- and yes take the vaccine whenever you can--sinus may be unrelated--regards
