Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath After Choking And Coughing Up A Magnesium Supplement
About 5 hours ago I accidentally swolled a supplement capsule ( I think was Magnesium?) It got stuck in my Esophagus and burst and caused my throat to burn. Since than I was able to cough the capsule up but still am struggling with shortness of breathe that sounds like phlegm rattling in my throat? I never had this problem before? I have done Oxygen treatments but still much acid in stomach and shortness of breath? I am 69 yr old white woman Many Genetic Diseases Asthma for 35 years Coronary Artery Disease diagnosed 2009 Genetic High Blood Pressure Genetic High Cholesterol Acid reflux with GERD Hypothyroidism I did not take my Dexilant 60 mg tonight since at times it makes me heartburn? Wha should I do

I think there is no risk of swallowing magnesium supplement. If you feel discomfort in throat drink water and stay sit don't lay down. It will go away its own.
