Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I can understand your concern. By your history, we should definitely rule out ABPA (allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis) in your case. Breathlessness, wheezing, sinusitis, worsening symptoms in damp weather, shadows on chest X-ray are more suggestive of ABPA.
It is a chronic fungal infection.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done CT thorax and PNS (paranasal sinuses) and Aspergillus specific IgE and IgM.
If these are positive for Aspergillus then you will need Itraconazole (antifungal) and other supportive drugs.

Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.

Wish you good health.
Thanks.
