Suggest Treatment For Shoulder And Back Pain After A Fall
I fell down the stairs it was only three but slammed my back and the top of my butt pretty much my back.. It was numb and my shoulder all the way down is still throbbing my right foot is bruised but my back pain is on the left its like my right foot slipped and bruised and my back hit the corner of the steps should I go to the dr.. Or the er.. It is very hard bearing weight its been almost an hour and a half

I have studied your case and I would recommend you to go to emergency and get following x rays.
X ray of the spine
x ray of the foot
x ray of the shoulder
it will tell us if there is major or minor fracture is there. No you did not have avery bad fall but there is no harm in getting these x rays.
Also i would recommend you to apply ice and compression bandage to foot. Voletran ointment can also help. For pain I would recommend you to take Brufen or tramadol tablet.
