Suggest Treatment For Shoulder And Lower Back Pain After Injury

Hi a fell about a month ago unhurt my shouder adnn lower back i cat get in to see mt rotor i work full tin i thought the oaijn would gave gnu by noe its is still three and try sore i work away on wagon all week and gant sleep i was taking solpaine but it does not help at all;

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to muscle strain. In such case you can take over the counter analgesics like ibuprofen (motrin). You can also apply anti inflammatory gels containing capsaicin and diclofenac (like volini) which is also available over the counter. Hot fomentation also will be helpful. If there is no relief and worsening then approach an orthopedician to rule out any serious injury like intervertebral disc herniation.
