Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Blade Pain Post Workout

Hi doctor...my name is najam and i am 23 A year ago when i was doing my bicep workout i lifted some weight and suddenly i heard some cracking sound coming from my shoulder area . I started feeling pain in the shoulder blade after almost 3 or 4 days since i encountered the mentioned incident . The pain suddenly started radiating to my neck and left arm .Since then i have been suffering from this pain till now. I went to many doctors but all in vain Few days back i started feeling pain(burning pain) in my lower back . I cant feel where the pain actually exists in my lower back .i sometimes feel that it is a kidney pain .

It’s a simple musculoskeletal pain.
You can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Diclofenac for pain relief.If pain persists, better to consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated.
