Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Blade Pain

I have a history of gastric bypass approx 19 yrs ago.over the last two weeks I have had moderate pain under my left shoulder blade. Dioen t worsen with movement. Lying down helps with heat applied.no other symptoms.when it started the pain lasted 4or5days. It stopped for 2 or3days and it suddenly started again. No nausea or other hi symptoms

it could be muscular pain.try naproxen(aleve)tab and prilosec tabs, do fomentation and local application of pain cream/gel
consult a physician ifit doesnt subside in 3-5 days
