Hello,

As what I see from history is that your shoulder muscles are weak due to which you are getting pain. Please make assure that joints do pain there the muscles surrounding it becomes weak and joint space reduced. Since history doesn't mention about any specific type of pain this looks to be totally the shoulder muscle weakness pain.

Doing regular shoulder exercises to strengthen the muscles of the shoulder girdle will of optimum help.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any other questions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
