Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Pain

I have been having chronic pain from my shoulders to my lower back for approx 2 months. It is getting more severe...I have been heating , taking Advil and trying to do massages once a week w/little relief. The pain seems to be worsening and at times is hard to even get my self up from bed unless I position myself just right and move very slow

Hello
You need this evaluated by a doctor and I would get both x-rays and an MRI of your spine to see if there is a bone issue or a ruptured disc problem since this condition is so serious right now.

Depending on the results of those studies, you may need spinal surgery
