hi my son since he was born almost two years ago has never really done what I call a normal stool, he goes red when trying to pass, and they are never any bigger than a golf ball in size, the consistency is like plastercine. Also his stomach always feels very tight and full, could he have a digestion problem? many thanks

He may be having digestion problems or food intolerance or congenital enzymes deficiency etc.

Get it done stool biochemical examination and consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
