Hello, I m throwing up everyday it use to only be in the mornings but its getting worst and happening during the day now. I m a male so its not morning sickness, not sure whats going on or what I should do. Stomach doesn t hurt or anything like that, its not self induced and its been happening daily for almost 2 months now, I ve had an issue with it for many years but usually only in the mornings. Any advice would be great, I don t have medical insurance so I can t go see a doctor cause I can t afford that so thanks.
* There seems definite pathology for recurrent vomiting which can be
- chronic gastritis or duodenitis
- ulcer stomach or duodenum
- GERD
- liver problems
- pancreas disturbances
- biliary tract problems
- systemic disorders of various hormone imbalance
- others
* Though primary care with antiemetic, PPI, antacid syrup and dietary precautions can give some relief, without consulting a doctor, I do not predict the diagnosis and perfect management possible.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
